  This was honestly one of the worst Subway experiences I’ve ever had. The customer service was extremely disappointing. There was no proper greeting, no friendly attitude, and the staff seemed annoyed while dealing with my order. I called the restaurant to place my order, but there was still an issue with how the order was handled. When I mentioned the issue, the response was basically, “We’ve been working here for 3 years.” Working somewhere for 3 years should mean you know how to properly handle customers and provide good service, not use it as an excuse for poor service. eh taan ohi gall hoi, ‘ghar de vehde ch buddhe ho gaye, par akal na aayi.’” The attitude made it feel like they were doing customers a favour instead of providing a service. Very disrespectful and unprofessional experience.

  Refused valid "two footlongs for 14.99" mailer coupon claiming it was "already used." Proceeded to overcharge for two ham footlongs. cost me $32.17 after taxes along with my sanity. Experience was shared with support center, have gotten no response.

  Never coming back to this location dropped tip for her & she didnt even gave tray as we had to dine in & still she was rude took extra cups just to drink from bottle but she said i am watching you as we are thief , even sandwich was messed up wont recommend anyone to eat here & i took 1 veggie sub in which she didnt even put patty

  I visited Subway at night and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience with the service. I purchased a wrap and then asked the employee for access to the washroom because I wanted to wash my hands before eating my food. I politely asked around 10 times, explaining that I simply needed to wash my hands, but the employee continued to refuse to provide me with the key. I found this extremely disrespectful and unnecessary. I also felt that I was being treated differently because of my nationality. I cannot say what the employee’s intention was, but the way I was treated made me feel discriminated against and unwelcome. Dear Subway management, please look into this incident and review the employee’s behaviour. Customers should be treated with respect and dignity regardless of their nationality or background. I hope Subway takes this complaint seriously and addresses the situation appropriately.
