    They always mess up my order so I usually confirm 2-3 times. I’m allergic to eggs so I ask for breakfast blt bagel with no egg and they still put eggs on my order. Nice to know McDonald’s doesn’t care about allergies.

    The manager, Michelle is extremely hostile. To preface, I have pretty bad social anxiety. I, along with many others were waiting for our orders for quite a while. Turns out, they lost track of all the orders because they mark orders as done before they actually are so that they have better stats. So this woman (Michelle) was rudely asking what people’s orders were with such a hostile tone. She finally gets to me, and asks me what I ordered in a harsh tone. Already nervous, I start talking. “My order was number [blank] and-“ I was rudely interrupted before I could finish what I was saying, and tell her what I ordered” She interrupts (with a worse tone than before mins you) to say “I didn’t ask for your order number I asked what you ordered”. I was immediately hit with anxiety and and an overwhelming sensation because of how i was being treated. I continue to tell her (very anxiously) what I had ordered. Immediately following the interaction I was trying to hold back tears from just how upset I was. Even the woman next to me, who had witnessed the interaction jumped to my defense and consoled me because she knew that is not how you treat another human being. When i received my quite costly refresher, Michelle hadn’t even bothered to actually fill it up properly, leaving at least 3cm in the cup. As someone who also works in the fast food industry, it is despicable that someone like her still has, not to mention being in a leadership role. All the other employees looked very stressed when around her, and I can expect that it is a very hostile work environment. It doesn’t take that much effort to be kind.

    I came in for something as simple as a cold brew, and somehow asking for ice turned into an issue. What disappointed me most wasn’t the mistake with my order—it was the manager’s attitude afterward. Instead of listening, apologizing, or simply fixing the problem, she became visibly upset over a basic customer request. Asking for ice should never feel like starting an argument. I could have gone to Tim Hortons across the street, made coffee at home, or gotten it free at work. Instead, I chose to support this business, and I left feeling dismissed and disrespected. Customer service is about making customers feel welcome, even when there’s a misunderstanding. Unfortunately, that wasn’t my experience. What made it even more surprising was that this happened in front of her BOSS. With the cost of everything these days, customers have plenty of options. A little professionalism and kindness go a long way. Sadly, I won’t be returning.

    this is the worst mcdonald they will remove your number off the screen so that they can get good numbers on their screen like as if they are doing a good job, on top of it they forget about your order and the manger will ask you to your face with attitude “ i asked you what you ordered not what your number is “

When I removed the lid, I noticed a strong perfume-like smell coming from the cup lid. The odor was unusual and strong enough to affect my enjoyment of the drink and raised concerns about possible contamination during handling or storage. As a customer, I expect food and beverage containers to be free from any foreign odors that may affect the quality and safety of the product. I would appreciate it if you could investigate this issue and review your handling and storage procedures to prevent similar situations in the future. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
