  Not impressed. The food was prepared poorly, and the response I received when I raised the issue was unnecessarily condescending. I went to this Thai Express and ordered the General Thai Sriracha, substituting the rice for cauliflower rice due to blood sugar concerns. I’ve ordered this exact meal with cauliflower rice at Thai Express many times before and have usually been very satisfied with it. This time, however, I noticed the older gentleman behind the counter boiling the cauliflower rice together with the vegetables, then dumping the entire contents—liquid included—into the sauce and mixing everything together. At other locations, I’ve seen the cauliflower rice fried/prepared separately, which results in a much better texture. When I received my order, the box was already leaking. I opened it and the meal was practically a soup. When I pointed this out, rather than acknowledging the problem, the employee scoffed and told me that it was “supposed to be like that” and suggested that I probably don’t normally order cauliflower rice. I do. Frequently. And I’ve never received it like this. I ended up having to transfer the meal into another bowl and drain off a significant amount of liquid just to make it edible. By that point, the breaded chicken was completely soggy. Very disappointing experience, both in terms of the food preparation and how my concern was handled..
