Extremely disappointing customer service. I waited in line for about 10 minutes while the two customers ahead of me were served. When it was finally my turn, instead of taking my order, the male employee asked me to continue waiting and then went back to preparing another online order at a very leisurely pace. I understand that online orders need to be handled as well. However, after I had already waited patiently in line for about 10 minutes and it was finally my turn, I don’t think it was reasonable to simply push me aside and make me wait again, without any proper explanation or apology. I felt that my time and my business were not being respected. Eventually, I was so disappointed that I simply left without ordering. Good customer service is not just about making sandwiches. It is also about respecting customers’ time, communicating properly, and managing orders fairly. I will not be returning to this Subway location, and based on this experience, I cannot recommend it to others.
