  Went to this Subway yesterday around 4 PM. No customers inside, yet the employee looked at me and simply said “wait.” No hello, no explanation, nothing. I stood there for about 3 minutes wondering if I had walked into a restaurant or a waiting room. Then I ordered one sandwich , but she took out two bread . When I politely said I only wanted one, she replied “I know, it’s not yours.” Great customer service. While choosing my sandwich, I took about a minute because, you know, there are actually quite a few ingredients to choose from. She immediately started rushing me because “there is a client behind you.” Apparently I wasn’t a client anymore. The funniest part? The next customer walked in and suddenly the attitude completely changed—smiles, greetings, patience, everything. Amazing how quickly customer service can appear when the “right” customer walks in. I’m not going to assume whether it was racism, discrimination, or simply an awful attitude, but I know exactly how I was treated. Subway: if treating customers with basic respect is too much to ask, maybe put a “Please lower your expectations” sign on the door. Never coming back.

  Simply the best Subway location I’ve ever been to. Since I was around 12 year old I’ve been a loyal customer of this brand but I’ve noticed variation in quality depending on the location. This specific location has the freshest ingredients, the largest and cleanest seating area, and the most incredible staff. Amal, Muskan, and the owner Sandy are all superb. 5 stars!!

  Google says open till 11PM, I show up at 10:25PM and the door is locked and the guy inside is telling me their closed and shooing me away
