If you want a masterclass in how a burger joint should be run, this Five Guys location is it. Everything about our visit today was a solid 10/10.
The food was absolutely phenomenal. The burgers were perfectly juicy, packed with flavor, and built exactly how we ordered them, while the fries were hot, crispy, and piled dangerously high in the bag just the way it should be.
The service matched the food perfectly. The crew working today was incredibly friendly, sharp, and fast, greeting us right away and nailing the order.
On top of that, the atmosphere was clean, energetic, and classic. The restaurant was absolutely spotless, and the whole place just had that great, upbeat Five Guys vibe.
We will absolutely be back. If you're on the fence about where to grab a bite, just go here because you won't regret it!
Very disappointing experience at Five Guys. We waited in line for quite a long time because there was only one cashier working. After finally reaching the counter and placing our order (around $45), we were told they would not accept our $100 bill because it was “too large,” and were told this was due to too much counterfeit money nowadays. There was no sign or notice anywhere stating this policy. Refusing payment after making customers wait and complete their order is frustrating and unprofessional. If you have restrictions on accepted payment methods, customers should be clearly informed in advance, not surprised at checkout.
