  ive been seldomly coming here for 6 years since its my absolute last choice of place to go if i didnt bring a lunch to work. over all these years the usual 2 employees there consistantly fail to toast anyones sandwich properly. i used to work at subway so i know the buttons and how theyre suppose to so things. no matter the quanity, size or type of sandwich you order they ONLY toast it on 1 6inch sub. 2ft long chicken sandwiches? 1 6inch timer. the timers are made to toast each sandwich to the perfect state ESEPCIALLY with pre-cooked chicken/bacon/beef. that stuff comes in frozen, you thaw it then you toast it when a customer asks for it. they teach all their part time students to shortcut the toasting as well. this basically completely ruins the sandwich if you order 1 or more footlongs as the bread integrity is poor. ive even asked for my sandwich double toasted and they still only put it in for 1 6inch.

  I ate a steak and cheese with pepperoni, and mayo with southwest. I did not eat anything else after the subway until dinner, which unfortunately I couldn’t even eat because I contracted food poisoning, I was throwing up and couldn’t keep anything down. I’m still sick the next day. I don’t know if it was the meat or the condiments, but this has by far been the sickest I’ve ever been from fast food.

  I placed an order on the app but, being a first timer, I did it wrong. Sandi saw what had happened and she walked me through the system to help get it right. Most places would have told me "better luck next time" and moved on to the next customer. This Subway takes customer service seriously and does a great job at it. Thanks, Sandi! Your store is now my go-to Subway location!

  Okay, this is a spot I love and excepted good customer service but the guy with the black hair (teenager I believe) that works on Tuesday at 7pm, was commenting how much he felt nauseous "mal au coeur", saying how he doesn't know how anyone eats this food, etc. In Québécois, thinking I didn't understand because I spoke in English. I haven't tried the food yet so I can't comment on that but his attitude was ridiculous. He would act distant when I asked for this or that, like he didn't understand & then do what I asked for, like maybe tell me "Ok" so I know you heard me the first time & I know it's the case because when I mumbled to myself that I might want to add a specific spicy sauce, he did it without me really making it clear... The one thing he did that I liked was when I asked for scissors for the coupon !! The reason I gave 3 stars is because the guy working with him was really good at his job, so thank you to him !! If the other guy, the annoyed one, and doesn't like his job, then leave & make space for someone who does, lots of people do !! Anyway, that's it, sorry for the long message, hope it's helpful !!
