  I bought rice ball this evening. Smaller portions. Even the guy who garnished fear to put everything. He cuts tomatoes cucumbers small pieces. Only 2-3 olives put. Why?? We paid the full amount not half of the price. Bought tuna sandwiche also same thing. Nothing added properly.

  Genuinr review: out of every subway I've been to, this is one of the best: -The restaurant may seem old because it's not "renovated", yet there is absolutely great team spirit and the workers try to make the restaurant as clean as possible. -A lot of consideration from the workers: they handle gluten-free and seafood-free situations well (by avoiding cross contamination) -A lot of workers there work quickly and efficiently, while still making sure you get the best sandwich (good customer service) -Portions are realistic (I've seen many subways with way worse portions, this one allows some flexibility) -The only quirk of this restaurant is that they sometimes cook the bread well, so it's not necessary to re-put it in the oven (if you see that the bread seems well cooked, you can ask for a more undercooked one, just like they do it in other subways) -Out of all subways, I'd choose this one because of it's genuineness; it feels way less corporate and soulless.

  I had a really great experience at this Subway today. My daughter has a seafood allergy, and since the sub of the day was tuna, I explained the situation to the employee, Carlos He was extremely kind, patient, and careful. He changed his gloves multiple times, took fresh ingredients from a separate container, and made sure everything was handled carefully to avoid any cross-contact. I really appreciated how seriously he took my daughter’s allergy and how much effort he put into making her food safely. It made us feel very comfortable and well taken care of.   The staff are very rude and not generous with toppings. They insult customers in arabic and I know a few words. I told the guy you shouldnt insult customers. He said she knows owner. Hes losing business cause of these two.
