  I was insulted with half assed shitty service here as if I was not equal to the server. Rotten ingredients, sloppy wrapping of the sub that opened in the bag, napkins from his glovless hands that I left on the counter. Never again there.

  The rudest customer service I’ve ever experienced from an Indian girl. I ordered 6 inch and she gave me footlong so I told her I ordered 6 inches and she goes “you need to pay attention. You’re speaking so softly. I can’t waste it.” Like are you kidding me? I walked out. Never coming to this location again.

  I came in around 8:05 a.m. on 4th Sep., shortly after the store opened, and unfortunately had a very unpleasant experience. I said “Good morning” three times as warmly and politely as I could, but the employee completely ignored me each time. While I was looking at the menu to decide what to order, she simply told me to “just wait” in a very curt and unfriendly tone. I understand that mornings can be busy and that employees may need a moment to get things ready. If she had communicated that politely, I would have completely understood. However, her attitude made me feel as though having a customer come in at that time was an inconvenience to her. It was only 8:05 a.m., but her attitude had already ruined my morning, so I decided not to order and left. If the store opens at 8:00 a.m., I believe both the ingredients and the willingness to properly welcome and serve customers should be ready by then. A simple “Good morning, I’ll be with you in just a moment” would have made a huge difference.

  I really like this modern, open place. The tables are very clean. The food is what you would expect from Subway. This Subway doesn’t have the freshest vegetables, or sometimes they’re out of stock on some sauces. But it’s not a location fault. This place has good service. The employees are great, but the two of the best guys here are Deep, and Maulik. The place wwas recently renovated and the atmosphere is nice. Now the less great thing about this specific place is that their drink fountain has been broken for months. Like 6 months. No 7up, Dr. Pepper or Mug root beer. Overall, go here more often, but don’t go here with such high expectations. Most of this review anyway isn’t the employees fault. But we’re talking about the Subway, not only the service. This is my old review. Edit, 5 months later. The food has declined in taste and freshness. The vegetables are increasingly bleach tasting, especially the olives, but the deli and cheese is still good. It's just not a good location for the vegetables. You can put it like this; the busier the place, the fresher the food (so they can have food for more customers.) It's not busy here. At all. So I will give this Subway some credit, it seems to not be the employees fault. But I wonder why it's not busy... the vegetables maybe? And the soda machine is still broken. It's healthy food so I won't stop coming here.
