  Absolutely unacceptable service at the 300 Tecumseh Road East Taco Bell. My wife ordered soft tacos but was given soft Taco Supremes instead. When I returned shortly after, Ashwin refused to replace the incorrect order or offer any solution. Mistakes happen, but refusing to fix them is inexcusable. Instead of taking responsibility, we were left paying for food we didn't order. This experience showed a complete lack of customer service and concern. I won't be returning and I can't recommend this location to anyone expecting even basic customer service. Upper Management needs to address this.

  Fris supreme were cold asked for no lettuce but got extra tomatoes which didn't want. And waited for 15 mins before getting my food

  This is quite literally the worst Taco Bell I’ve ever been to. From stolen orders with 0 compensation, to stale Cinnabon delights, no hard shell in crunchwraps, no sauces even when asked, stale fries. Their cheese is always hot, but that’s all they have going for them. Literally terrible every time we give them a chance again. GO TO ANY OTHER LOCATION!!

  Disappointed in this location for many reasons.
