  I had a really poor experience at Taco Bell today. The lady taking my order was rude and dismissive when I asked for fresh fries straight from the vat. After multiple requests, she argued with me, and the manager misunderstood my intention. He thought I was returning an old order, but I was simply trying to place a new one and asked for fresh fries. I left feeling very dissatisfied and unheard. This was really unprofessional, and I hope it improves in the future.

  i was purchasing glasses with my entire familly when the store manager of this restaurant came in yelling at an associate over a google review she left when she came to order food at his establishment.. she was polite and saying she felt disrespected while he was attacking her at her workplace.. i found as a general reviewer this is incredibly unprofessional given he is the face of that store and if someone gave my company a bad review i’d try to help and fix the problem not go to someone’s workplace and harass them? If this is the level of “care” companies give when someone feels disrespected im at a loss for words which is unfortunate because i spend a lot of time going to different companies to give reviews. Service matters people! Wrong place and wrong time 0/10

  I work in the mall and I've never had an issue with getting the mall discount until today. Let's just say I won't be purchasing food from your location anymore. I felt very disrespected.

  They put on the tiniest amount of meat, lettuce, and cheese i have every seen. The tortilla isn't even filled up half way and the tacos look so pitiful. Once there was who I assumed was new and I saw him put on a good amount of lettuce and felt hope fill my soul for the first time, before seeing the other worker take almost all of it off and back into the lettuce container. Is this place on the verge of bankruptcy or something because thats the only way this rationing makes any sense. At this point im eating a plain tortilla. And to add extra lettuce is like a dollar and id pay that but im not actually getting extra lettuce im getting the amount I was supposed to in the first place. I am taco bell lover #1 but this place sucks sooooooo bad!

  Managers here are the most unprofessional people I’ve met in my life. They will send the minimum wage employees to have difficult conversations and sit there and ignore you. I asked for the manager and she literally made the girl under her talk to me. When I asked who the manager is she pointed at the girl who told her to come talk to me. Managers here could care less about issues/concerns customers are having. The one manager even commented on what I was wearing in trying to insult me. District manager told me they would contact me and never did, this place is legit the worse place you could possibly eat at in the mall. Remind you this is stemming from me asking them to remake a burrito because It fell apart in the bag before I left the counter. Plus you’d think after two years you would fix your ice machine.
