  So I go in when there's no customers. I order my sandwiches and ask to use the washroom. It's gross. Stuff on the toilet. I let the girl know while the guy is making sandwiches and she says it was cleaned hours ago so it'll have to wait. I asked for the key to the other washroom and she said no??? Excuse me ma'am but I'm a paying customer that would like to use the washroom and you're telling me it can't be cleaned because it was cleaned hours ago???

  I called to ask something and they were telling me a whole different thing and i tried to call again because my phone died and they wouldnt pick up i was calling for 5 minutes and they weren’t even answering like how disrespectful

  The workers were very fast and efficient, sandwich was good, and it was very clean for a downtown location

  solid sub, but it was a pretty pricey. a steak & cheese footlong with lettuce and tomato cost me $16. the worker was really nice tho, great guy.

  It’s horrible !! I just go there with the coupon code that I get with my gift card and ask for redeem but she is not even know about the process and tell me to come back after 30 minutes. No respect of customer and she didn’t even try to solve the problem just deny to do. If the store management read this figure out something about that. I know it could be a possible that she is not aware about but she should try to call manager or owner to know about that. Not satisfied.
