  Stopped by on a busy Friday night and Navneet was incredibly kind and professional. Even with a line and lots going on, she took her time with every customer and kept a smile on her face. You can tell she genuinely cares about providing great service. Thanks for making a hectic evening a pleasant experience!

  Navneet was amazing tonight! It was a busy Friday evening, but she was still so friendly, patient, and welcoming. She had a positive attitude the whole time and made sure my order was made perfectly despite how busy it was. Great customer service and a genuinely kind person. Thank you, Navneet!

  I go in on Wednesday May 20th at 10am for a breakfast sub. I order shredded cheese. The girl takes the tiniest fingertip pinch of cheese and spreads it across the footlong sub. Not 2 scoops like she’s supposed to. She gets to the eggs, starts cutting them in half and asks me if I know how many are supposed to go on. 2 halves per side I guess. Then she gets to the sausage patty. Asks me if I want it cut. I don’t know does it come cut? She tries to cut the one sausage patty, can’t cut it, starts wrestling with it to break it with her hands. That doesn’t seem right. She gets it in half and puts one half sausage on each side of my footlong. Is that right? Didn’t seem right. We get to the onions. I ask for 2 onions, one on each side. She puts a handful of onions all on one side????? Then the beeper goes off for the bread. Not bread that’s done and needs to be taken out, but time to put new bread in. So she walks away from my sub and I’m standing there waiting for her to put an oven full of new bread I . I wait. Back to the sub. She asks if the onions are ok. I said it’s fine, just spread them to both sides. She says you want on both sides? Grabs ANOTHER HANDFULL OF ONIONS as I say no no no no no, and she puts that handful of onions on the SAME SIDE AS THE OTHER ONIONS. I walked out. I’ve never done that before, I walked out. She said “sir I can help you” I said “no you cannot” That girl is not qualified to be running a shift with no help. She is not ready. Subway needs better standards when it comes to the employees that represent their company.
