  Day by day, the service at this location is getting worse. I honestly don’t know whether the management or staff care about customer service anymore. I ordered through the mobile app specifically to avoid waiting at the store. When I arrived, the order still wasn’t ready. I understand stores can get busy sometimes, so that part was fine. However, there was confusion with my sandwich order, and the staff member started opening multiple sandwiches to check them. After opening mine, she did not wrap it properly again. Because of that, the sandwich slipped out of the wrapper, everything fell apart inside the bag, and it became a complete mess. That was supposed to be my dinner, but thanks to the staff’s carelessness, it was ruined. Thank you for the service, but I will never return to this location again. Even though it is the closest location to my house, I would rather go elsewhere than deal with this kind of experience again.

  Use to be good price's go grab a sub and fill your stomach and not break the bank but to expensive for what u get now.. a sub should not cost 15/20$ alone.

  One of the worst locations I have ever been to... staff is very rude.... it looks like they are serving ingredients from their money... very cheap staff... the owner should fire this kind of people... employee name was "Hunny"... very rude person and coughing constantly without mask while serving food.

  Very very disappointing. Need to train the staff and also hire someone who can understand and communicate in English. We had ordered 2 footlong with different sauces and veggies 1 footlong was ordered without onion, no salt and pepper, No sweet onion sauce, extra mayo, and mustard While the other one had onions, extra lettuce, salt and pepper , sweet onion sauce, no mustard We ordered jalapeño in both but there were no jalapeños in any of the footlongs. Both the breads were supposed to be toasted but only 1 was toasted. But when it came to veggies and the sauces both the footlong a were made exactly the same. No difference at all. When we tried to ask the employee why he did that, he could not even understand what we were trying to ask him and could not even answer us back.
