  Nothing particular wrong with the food however the workers repeatedly served other customers who came in after me while I waited just because I placed the order on the app, even though I was standing right there in the store.

  Absolutely terrible service. The employee was rude, disrespectful, and had a horrible attitude from start to finish. I don’t understand how someone who clearly hates dealing with customers is allowed to work in customer service. Management needs to do better. Definitely not coming back.

  I placed a pickup order through the app and arrived at the scheduled pickup time. However, the associate working today asked me to wait because he was busy, which I understood. However, after waiting about 25–30 minutes, I observed multiple walk-in customers who arrived after me being served first. When I asked about my order, he said he was told by his store manager to prioritize walk-ins over online orders. Owner/store manager should look into this because this defeats the purpose of ordering ahead then
