  Extremely Rude and Unprofessional Service I had a very disappointing and humiliating experience at this Subway location. I initially ordered a 6-inch Veggie Patty sub. Before making any payment, I realized that getting a footlong would be cheaper than purchasing two separate 6-inch subs, so I politely asked them to make another 6-inch exactly the same and simply charge me for a footlong. I completely understand that this might not have been possible if I had already paid for the first 6-inch, but I had not made any payment yet. If it was against their policy, they could have simply explained that to me politely. Instead, the lady working there became extremely rude, raised her voice at me, and spoke to me in an aggressive and disrespectful manner, insisting that I would have to pay for two separate 6-inch subs. There was absolutely no need to shout at a customer who was speaking calmly and simply asking a question. I felt embarrassed and humiliated by the way she spoke to me. Customer service should involve basic respect, even when the answer to a request is no. I refused to take the subs and left the store. After being treated this way, I will never return to this location. Management seriously needs to address how staff speak to customers.

  I had a great experience at Subway today. The girl serving me was very friendly, patient, and professional. She made my sandwich exactly the way I wanted and provided excellent customer service with a smile. The restaurant was clean, and her positive attitude made my visit enjoyable. Thank you for the great service!”
