  Stopped by to grab a sub and was pleasantly surprised. Great customer service seems to be a lost art but Iti was incredibly friendly and engaging. (Oh, and the sub she made was 10/10)

  ❌ Absolute Disaster!!! Avoid This Location!!! I am extremely disappointed with my recent experiences at the Subway location on Dougall. This is officially the third consecutive time I have received an unacceptable order and it will be my absolute last time spending money here. Fool me once, shame on you; fool me twice, shame on me. I gave them the benefit of the doubt the first two times, understanding that mistakes happen. However, a third identical failure proves this is a management and quality issue, not an accidental mistake. I ordered a Chicken Teriyaki sub and what I received was a joke. There was barely any chicken teriyaki and the sandwich was completely devoid of salads and toppings. It makes me wonder if the staff are rationing the ingredients or bringing them from home because the extreme skimping is ridiculous. Are they trying to go out of business with this terrible quality? To top it all off, even the bread itself was stale.You are essentially paying premium prices just to eat dry, old bread. Save your hard-earned money and stay far away from this disaster of a store. They have completely lost a local customer.

  Had a great experience here. The food was delicious and fresh, the restaurant was spotless, and the atmosphere was very comfortable. Sabreeni was friendly, attentive, and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Thank you for the excellent service and wonderful dining experience!

  Had a great experience at Subway during a really busy dinner rush. Maitri and Sabreen handled our complicated order of 6 footlong subs back-to-back with such a positive attitude and great customer service. They stayed organized, friendly, and made everything perfectly. Really appreciated how hard they worked under pressure — thank you both!
