  I always visit here, but this time I ordered online and I was getting a bit late. Vibhuti was making my order and I already placed the order bit while she was making my sub, 2 other people walked in and she started making their order which was completely not fair. Plus she messed up the subs too with the veggies. She was kind of ignorant towards us.

  This Subway location in Windsor is truly outstanding! 🥪 The food is consistently fresh and delicious, the service is always friendly and efficient, and the atmosphere is welcoming. 🌟 I've had exceptional experiences here every time. 👍

  One star is because there is no zero or negative! Terrible service and hard to use app, the sellers are " so busy ", so are not willing to help customer although I was the only customer in the store. Good luck for the owner to have her!

  Terrible place and a complete waste of my money. I’ve noticed several times that some staff clearly aren’t properly trained. They struggle with simple orders, don’t understand basic requests, and act like customers are bothering them. The service is rude, slow, and frustrating. I’ve also seen employees handling food with their hair not properly secured. The manager seriously needs to do something about this. I regret spending my money here. Check the reviews before coming to this location — a lot of them are negative for a reason.👎🏻👎🏻

  Absolutely terrible experience. I am honestly extremely disappointed and angry after visiting this Subway today. The food was disgusting and tasted old, not fresh at all. I could barely enjoy my meal because the quality was so bad. This is completely unacceptable for a restaurant that is supposed to serve fresh food. The staff were just as bad. They were rude, unfriendly, and acted like customers were bothering them. There was absolutely no professionalism or basic respect. The attitude I received was honestly shocking. I wasted my money on food that I was not even satisfied with, and the customer service made the whole experience even worse. Management seriously needs to pay attention to what is happening at this location. I would NOT recommend this Subway to anyone. I definitely will not be coming back. One of the worst Subway experiences I have ever had.
