  I have visited this location many times, and unfortunately, I have had the same negative experience over and over again with one employee. Every time I interact with her, I receive short, dismissive answers and an unfriendly attitude. Recently, I simply asked whether there were any halal food options available, and the response was given with obvious irritation and attitude. The answer itself was not the problem—it was the way I was treated. What makes this even more noticeable is that I regularly see the same employee being warm, friendly, and talkative with other customers. The difference in treatment is hard to ignore and has made me feel unwelcome on multiple occasions. I am always respectful when I visit, and I expect nothing more than basic courtesy in return. Management should be aware that consistent customer service matters, and no one should feel uncomfortable or unwelcome when entering the store.

  The manager of this location is so rude and started arguing. Don't know what attitude she has. I think she needs some training. Made my sandwich so disgusting.

  Horrible experience with this restaurant, I order over 10 subs for my night crew at the warehouse to have for lunch. Picked up the order Thursday 9pm gave it to the crew to have for lunch at 2am the crew informed me the 2 steak and cheese subs were wrong , I looked at them and they were wrong they should have had steak cheese pepper onion but instead had lettuce tomatoes and a bunch of other stuff so they crew didn’t eat them cause no one liked it. I called the store Friday 3 times no answer , I called Saturday spoke to an employee who told me to call back Monday to talk to the manager Banita ? I just got off the phone with her after explaining the error they made and she goes on to make excuses for there mistake offers no resolution and finally says to me bring the subs back ? I said I bought the sub 5 days ago I don’t still have them , I have pictures of the error I can show you, she refuses to help no refund no sorry no apology nothing completely rude unpleasant and unprofessional. You lost my business forever from this location
