  We went to this location around 11:30 pm and waited about 20 minutes while a staff member was preparing orders. We saw him handle chicken and then he use the same hands to touch the veggies. Since we only eat vegetarian food, we asked if he had fresh veggies , but he said no. If there is no backup for veggies , proper hygiene should still be followed to avoid cross-contamination.

  I used to love this subway. Almost every time I had a good experience. Always give small tips when It shouldn't even be prompted to. Yesterday I got a foot long sub, and when I got it the bread was rock hard. I didn't realize until I had already gotten home. I tried to call multiple times with no answer I went to the subway later after work and told them about the issue and they refused to replace the sub. Said I had to bring back the other one. Well, I would have but I was working and I tried to call multiple times with no answer, so what was I supposed to do. The day before that I got a GCC with a hair in it and I didn't complain about that. This subway doesn't care about their product being edible, they just care about getting their money. Only way I return is if they rectify this issue. Absolutely ridiculous, when did selling things that are edible go out the window?

  Wonderful staff, mostly nice and great service. They usually make a great sandwich! However, Select few of the staff have difficulty making sandwiches it seems. I oder a steak & cheese footlong, and most of the employees do a great job every time. However, some staff are stingy with adding the steak. This “steak & cheese” ended up more like a veggie sandwich with a side of steak as a topping. $20.00 for the footlong sandwich and it didn’t fill me up, after eating the entire sandwich in a single sitting.

  The gentleman behind the counter had to deal with some very immature customers late at night that were taking a very long time and distributing the entire store. The employee handled them with perfect patience and professionalism. I was very pleased with his service as he did a great job. This was May 26th approx 11pm.
