  Very disappointing experience — serious food hygiene concern I visited this Subway on Monday, August 31 at 3:50 pm and ordered a 1.5-foot-long sandwich. The employee took the bread out and placed it on the sandwich preparation surface, then went to serve another customer who was ahead of us. While our bread was sitting there, a fly landed on it. I pointed this out to the employee, and she saw the fly as well. She took the bread and initially appeared to put it in the garbage, but then put it back into the bread tray instead. The same thing happened with the other 6-inch piece of bread. I told her that the fly had also been on that bread and asked her to change it. However, she said, “No, only this one, not this one.” I explained that the fly had been on that bread too, but she still did not want to throw it away. Instead, she put it back into the heated bread area with the other bread. What concerns me the most is that the bread that had been exposed to a fly was not discarded and could potentially have been served to another customer. I have attached a photo showing the fly on our bread. I understand that mistakes can happen, but food safety and hygiene should always be taken seriously, especially when an employee has clearly seen a fly on the food. I hope management takes this concern seriously and ensures proper food-handling practices are followed so that other customers are not put at risk. Very disappointing experience. I expected much better hygiene and food-safety standards.

  Google and their store sign says they close at 10pm but the last few nights I've tried to go they are closed by 930pm. Maybe it's time to update the signs and hours posted on Google.

  My sub was stale, and the lady was not friendly at all. I definitely won’t be back in.

  Nice and small SubWay with inside seat to enjoy your meal. Have almost all options be it vegetarian or non-veg. Washrooms are pretty clean too which is biggest bonus.
