  ⭐️ 1/5 Honestly, my experiences with this Subway have been extremely disappointing, specifically when Hanne and Sunny are working. I’ve noticed multiple times that they start closing around 15 minutes before the actual closing time, which is incredibly frustrating for customers who arrive before the posted closing time. They also constantly complain about customers, and I’ve witnessed them being extremely rude to other employees over simple mistakes. The attitude and overall customer service when they are working is completely different from the other employees, who are consistently friendly, helpful, and respectful. On top of that, the food never seems fresh when Hanne and Sunny are working, and my experiences have made me question the quality of the service and food preparation during their shifts. There have also been multiple situations where it seemed like they didn’t know how to properly do basic parts of their jobs. I want to make it clear that this review is specifically about my experiences with these two employees. The other employees I’ve dealt with have been amazing, and I’ve had much better experiences when they are working. I really hope management addresses these issues because customers shouldn’t be treated this way, and the store should remain open until its posted closing time.

  Arrived at 9:40 PM when the store was advertised as being open until 10 PM, but was told they were already closed and couldn’t serve me. I had driven out of my way to get there, so it was disappointing to be turned away 20 minutes before the advertised closing time. I understand that closing procedures are necessary, but the posted hours should reflect when customers can actually be served. Hopefully, management can look into this.

  I love how nice the staff are there, and go above and beyond to make you the bestest sub! The only thing i don't like is they dont sell roast beef subs!! Other than that they are awesome!

  Went there to get lunch for my daughter and I today. Terrible customer service… not friendly at all. The 2 woman working acted as if I was a burden to them. Vegetables also are not fresh looking at all. Next time I’ll drive to midland!

  Nice place and fast service! Take your lunch and go to the beach to enjoy the view
