  Me and my friend came to this Taco Bell to eat food, my friend is Muslim (Taco Bell doesn’t have halal meat) so when he ordered his meal he obviously ordered it without any beef in it(removed the beef from his meals). When he went home and bit into his taco he found beef on both tacos and his meal was made with beef not without it like explicitly ordered. When he called the store multiple times no one picked up. To mess up someone’s order to this extent is not okay. This happened around 10pm this Tuesday

  I ordered a Taco Bell discovery box, and while i was about to take a bite of my Doritos taco I saw something moving in my lettuce and cheese , it was a COCKROACH. I then took my order back inside and the lady working just seemed like it was normal and didn’t even apologize just took it and threw it out and started making me a new taco. I then told her no I don’t want a new taco I’m not eating the rest of the box because I was disgusted. I wanted a refund & she said she could only give me a partial refund. Very disgusting and disappointed with the service. WATCH YOUR FOOD IF YOU ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION

  Ordered Taco Bell and it took 1.5 hours for them to make my order via Uber Eats. Food is so cold and stale. I think this restaurant has stopped caring and has just decided to take our money and give us inedible food.

  I often get delivery as it’s the closest Taco bell to me and I’m a university student who looks for quick, affordable and easy options when I don’t feel like cooking. I find the food is nostalgic and delicious for what you’re paying for, given the reputation of Tacobell as not the most high quality restaurant to exist, and will continue to order unless given a real reason not to!

  Made me wait half an hour for two small items off the menu then made multiple poorly thought up excuses for why they had shitty service, not just with me, every customer i have ever seen in the store is consistently ignored and they often forget to make peoples orders entirely until they complain then make them wait even longer ammount of time while they slowly and inefficiently START to make the order you should have gotten 20 minutes ago. They don't even apologise or give anything for the wait. I dont think i have ever seen such a sad display of "customer service" and so called "Fast Food".
