  Extremely poor service. The staff were rude, disrespectful, and made the entire experience uncomfortable. While I was ordering, I was told that I had “already taken too much time.” This was especially ridiculous because when I asked to scan my rewards, I was made to feel like even that was taking too much of their time. When I asked for toppings, the worker was extremely stingy with the portions and acted annoyed whenever I asked for anything. The food itself was also concerning. The lettuce was red/discoloured and looked like it had gone bad, and several of the ingredients did not look fresh or appetizing at all. What made the experience even worse was that while my friend and I were still in the middle of ordering, the worker kept stopping to prepare and handle other things, yet continued complaining that WE were taking too much time. The hygiene practices were also concerning. Gloves are supposed to help prevent contamination, but that means very little when the same gloves are being used to touch multiple surfaces/items and then handle food. It creates an obvious cross-contamination concern. Based on what I saw, I genuinely think the food-handling and cleanliness practices at this location should be looked into. Overall, the combination of rude service, questionable food quality, poor hygiene practices, and being rushed through our order made this an extremely disappointing experience. Customers should not be made to feel like an inconvenience simply for placing an order and asking for the toppings and rewards they are entitled to. Please do not come here save yourself the headache if I could give this place negative stars I would.
