Customer Voice

I only come to this location because I work right next door—if I didn't, I would never step foot in here again. The customer service from one of the staff members (the slim Indian girl usually working the counter) is consistently awful.
Her attitude every single day is completely miserable—no smile, no greeting, nothing. She avoids eye contact, stares out the window like she doesn’t want to serve you, and makes you feel incredibly uncomfortable just standing at the counter. She clearly hates her job, and she throws the food together with absolutely zero care or love. Honestly, the toxic vibe completely ruins your appetite before you even get your food.
If you ask for standard toppings like spinach, she pinches out three leaves and impatiently asks 'That's it?' like you're a burden. Same with the sauce makes you feel awkward for selecting more than one option. I'm not the only one either—I’ve seen multiple other customers looking visibly upset and frustrated by her poor service and sheer stinginess with the ingredients.
To top it off, on a previous visit she forgot to give me the cookies included in my combo. Instead of just fixing her mistake, she made me wait around while they 'checked the security cameras' to verify it. Treating a paying customer like a criminal over a mistake she made is completely unhinged.
As someone who has worked in customer service for over a decade, I understand having an off day, but this is a total lack of basic soft skills. A standard meal here is pushing $20, and customers shouldn't be treated like an inconvenience. Management needs to address this because she is actively driving business away.
