Hi, I visited Subway Westmount today to get the Meal of the Day. When placing my order, I specifically asked the employee at the front for the Meal of the Day deal. However, I was charged separately for the sandwich and drink instead of receiving the advertised meal deal.
Assuming it was an honest mistake, I politely asked for a refund so the order could be processed correctly under the deal. Unfortunately, my request was denied. I explained that I had clearly asked for the Meal of the Day and that the incorrect charge was not my fault, but no effort was made to resolve the issue.
The disappointing part is that I wasn't even planning to order chicken—I only chose it because it was included in the deal. I expected at least a refund, a price adjustment, or some attempt to correct the mistake. Instead, I left feeling frustrated and disappointed by the customer service.
Overall, this was a very poor experience, and I hope the staff receive better training on promotions and customer service in the future.

Was so bad it said buy one get one free that didn't happen skimpy on all ingredients false advertising .was very disappointed hardly any meat or cheese more bread tomatoes were awful never go back lies to get you there
Not a good place to have your sub refused to get bake cookies when i ask for 12 and also for sauce on sub he said you can not add more then 5 sauce also for veggies
I’m honestly very disappointed with my recent experience at Subway. I placed an online order expecting convenience and consistency, but what I received was far below even basic expectations.
I paid for multiple extras on my subs (lettuce etc) but when I opened them, it was shocking how little was actually inside. The toppings were extremely skimpy—far less than what you’d normally expect even without selecting "extra." It honestly felt like I was given mostly bread with just a few scattered veggies. When you select "extra", you expect to actually receive them.
To make matters worse, one of the subs was made incorrectly. Instead of green peppers, they added hot peppers, which completely changed the taste and made it inedible for the person it was intended for. Mistakes happen, but combined with the already poor quality, it just added to the frustration.
Overall, this experience felt like the location is cutting corners, whether it’s on ingredients, portion sizes, or quality control. Ordering online should be just as reliable as ordering in person, but that definitely wasn’t the case here.
I would not recommend this location (a lot of the Subway restaurants have gone fully downhill) and would strongly suggest boycotting all Subways if you’re looking for a decent sub (try Jersey Mike's or Mr Sub).

Why are you selling wraps, if you don't provide a way to seal them for proper consumption. Without a grill, the wrap falls apart and create a mess. Subway has become more and more disappointing, and quality has deteriorated. Big thumbs down 👎
