  cashier tried charging me 25 dollars for 2 6 inch subs, tried forcing me to pay for extra cheese(i didnt ask for anything extra), then tried convincing me 2 6 inch subs total to 25 dollars. buns service and i always be getting the same sub never gotten this before 😢

  Very disappointing experience at Subway. The staff member did not add the chicken properly and was also very stubborn about cutting the sandwich in half, saying that his owner did not allow him to do so. The toppings were not added properly either, and the whole experience felt unnecessarily difficult. The sandwich was poorly prepared, and the service was not helpful or accommodating. I expected much better from Subway. Very disappointing and definitely not the kind of service customers should receive. very poor ambiance and service. who served us was manas and jashan

  Bad experience here. I placed an online order for a meatball marinara sub, a drink and mini cookies and when I arrived at the time it was ready, I was handed only the sub. I asked where the rest of it was and he bent down to grab a cup for the drink, then left to get the cookies. Passes it to me and says nothing. The meatball marinara is dry with barely any sauce. Won't come here again. I feel bad for the University students.

  Really bad service. I waited around 15 minutes after reaching the store, but the employee didn’t take my order because he was busy with his personal work. When I asked how much longer it would take, he replied very rudely and said another 10–15 minutes. Another customer was also waiting and got the same response. We both ended up leaving without ordering.

  ⭐ 1 STAR — Very Poor Service Waited 15 minutes at the store, but the employee didn’t even take our order because he was busy with his personal work. When we asked politely, he responded very rudely and told us to wait another 10–15 minutes. Another customer was treated the same way. We eventually had to leave without placing our orders. Extremely unprofessional and unacceptable customer service. Management should seriously look into this employee’s behaviour and take appropriate action.
