    The staff member who assisted me was friendly and professional throughout my visit. They prepared my order correctly and provided excellent customer service. The restaurant was clean, and the overall experience was positive. Giving 4 stars because there is always room for improvement, but overall I was very satisfied with the experience and would gladly return.

    Excellent service! The staff was friendly, professional, and very efficient. My sandwich was made exactly as requested, with fresh ingredients and great attention to detail. The restaurant was clean, and the overall experience was quick and pleasant. I appreciate the positive attitude of the team and the quality of the food. I'll definitely be returning and would highly recommend this Subway location to others!

    One start only.cuz u have to. This is the worst location that u can go to. If u ask for more or less the workers look at u like u have 3 heads and if u make a mistake online ordering ( i ordered in store for the app deal) and go watch and she tried to toast ( my bad on me didnt change it) and as i said no sorry they are not toasted she started to yell me putting the reciept in my face still yelling... i then said if u dont want to make as im askimg as that was a mistake u can refund my money she yelled more at me and said i was distracting her from doing her job... i would hate to see if i wasnt ording through online what the service would have been like... not to mention as i was walking in right behind another worker that was just about to start she didnt even hold the door knowing i was right behind her walking injured with a limp. Over all just crap service and dirty location... BAD BAD BAD.... NEVER AGAIN!!!!

    Oof. That was a bad subway. Granted the standard subway deserves three stars, I have been known to give 4 stars. Here was the issue. Something was up with the bread, it almost seemed undercooked. Bigger issue? I was waiting for like 7 minutes before anyone came to the front. I was the only one in the restaurant. Two staff members came out, who knows what they were doing together in the back. Some weird screams in another language was all I heard. Ironically, the guy after me was asking if they were hiring, to which he answered no. I think they should, in my opinion.

    This location does not accept digital coupons, which was already frustrating, but they do allow redemption through their app. I stood at the counter for a solid 5 minutes trying to get the coupon entered. When it went through, the employee was frustrated that the sub wasn't dressed the exact way, spinach, ranch etc. The situation was poorly handled — unclear communication about what actually works at the register, combined with zero assistance until the employee was already annoyed. Franchise owners need to focus more on customer satisfaction and accept all coupon methods available to people. In today's world, making it difficult to use valid coupons only creates unnecessary frustration and drives customers away. Think twice before stopping at this specific location again. App coupons should either be fully supported with smooth redemption or clearly stated as unusable upfront.
