  Sheeja- who made our sub, has provided excellent customer service by being on the top of taking extra care making vegetarian sub. She served us with a great smile while preparing order!!!

  I honestly usually don't leave reviews for chain places, but the staff at this mall location really deserve the shoutout. I stopped by after a long day and the energy in there was just so welcoming. The employees were super friendly, smiling, and genuinely nice to chat with while making my food. You can tell they actually care about doing a good job. The food was great too—everything looked really fresh, the bread was super soft, and they didn't skimp out on the toppings at all. It was easily one of the best subs I've had in a while. If you’re in Waterloo and need a quick lunch, it's definitely worth stopping by this one. The team here is awesome and they deserve the support

  Some one unknown to me, compromised my subway app, ordered a sandwich and I assume picked it up in my name. I don't even live in Ontario. I called this location and the employee was rude, the manager was rude and hung up on me and the owner never bothered to call to resolve the issue. Subway corporate office also did not do anything to resolve the issue. Thanks Subway for nothing.
