  Service and atmosphere were good. The burrito? Terrible. Rubbery, dried out chicken, dry rice and hard to believe no flavour. I’ve eaten at Mucho Burrito probably 100x and I choose it for knowing the consistency of the product. Even the chips tasted like wax crayons. Not sure what happened with this location. Maybe because close to the university? But it’s awful, steer clear.

  If i can i would give negative review to this store, I am regular here 2 to 3 times a week, on March 25, 2026. I ordera bowl here to go. I often come here due to the young men who work here, he always give great customers service. Pleasant to talk to. However today encountered with owner lady, very very rude, proudy with zero customers service. Forgot about service but very toxic and evil minded. I ask for salsa by pointing she said its not salsa read it and tell me what I need, I pointed out i want this addressed onion tomatoes salsa from very far top away, she said ohh please take your hands off you will make my store close down. Such a rasist and inhuman behavior☠️She added it is not salsa. I said thank you for telling me, whatbdo you call that, can you add that to my bowl, she said ready it, there were no pics so i pointed I want this please - add that to me bowl. Ohh take you hand off the glass you will make my store close down. I told here i do go to chipotle, we call it salsa. she said not sure which cholipotle you go to. I ignored her and ask her to added a ranch sauce. Instead of adding a bit she added a lot to make my bowl intentionally very tangy. My bowl was full of tangy sauce. I paid for the bowl which I couldn't even eat to that extent she made it tangy. While she was adding sauce she was looking at me with very angry ans toxic way. I will never recommend to anyone and even tell to my employees staff too to avoid here. Very very bad experience after having long day at work l come here at the end of the day to have meal and THE OWNER does this to customer, same on her. Very bad.
