  I tell ya . I have not been to Arby's since 5 buck round up in the 90s . I was in a pinch so we went on Sunday. Get this i had the beef n swiss au jus and it was very nice . Big hot tasty . Fries were great, restaurant was clean and reasonably busy . I'd for sure go back . I would just have liked to have the au jus a bit thicker .

  Went to this arbys and ordered food at the counter- noticed the gentlemen taking our order had a gnarly eye infection- eye red, swollen and leaking with pus. I figured we'll hes just taking our order right? Wrong. We watched him walk away, rub his infected eye, and start handling food (without gloves or hand washing) . We asked for a refund immediately. I dont entirely blame him, but management should have never let him come in as not only is that contagious but it is absolutely disgusting. We asked for a refund.

  In the area from Fergus and checked the actual Arby's website and read that this location was open. I am sitting in the parking lot and it is closed. Get it together and get your hours straightened out on the ARBY'S WEBSITE!!! What a joke!!!
