  Terrible service. You wait half hour even if your order was ready for pick up online half hour ago. Not a clean environment to dine in. Employees don’t care about customers. Every time I visit unfortunately I am faced with long wait times and 99 % of the time mistakes on the order. If management could step up and do better, this place would run better.

  Not a clean table in the place, service wasn't great, food was cold. Had to return 2 supreme fries as they were inedible. Terrible, overpriced experience. Never returning here again!

  This is probably the most disorganized fast food restaurant I’ve ever been to. I spent 31 dollars on a crunch wrap (which was assembled poorly, it looked like it was just tossed together without wrapping it up properly), a protein bowl (they had given me 0 toppings and it looked like leftovers. Presentation was horrible and they gave me minimal food) I asked for a refund on the bowl and for the wrap to be remade. As a supervisor in a restaurant, it was shocking to see how many people had gotten their orders wrong and their food presented horribly (at least 3 other customers!) I hope this location re-evaluates its leadership team and who they hire because this was absolutely unacceptable. Please save your money and time and go literally anywhere else.

  We waited over 40 minutes for our order. They tried to accuse us of lying about not receiving our food even though we were inside the entire time. Staff were extremely rude to us and didn’t apologize or acknowledge that they didn’t give us our food. Very disappointed…
