  I gave this place a second chance. They gave me stale bread. This place is a prime example on how's poor management can destroy a business. Any positive reviews you read are fake. They should be closed down as they are not worthy of the brand.

  Just visited subway after a long tiring day and they just made my day great food, great service just felt like home here, being picky as a pure vegetarian still the girl diksha served with a cute smile and just the same way as I said. A must-visit place for all everyone here is really friendly thank you so much for making my day 😍❤️.

  Here’s a polished review you could post for your local Subway: Absolutely the best Subway experience I’ve had. The service here is exceptional every single time — the staff are always smiling, upbeat, and genuinely friendly. You can tell they enjoy working together, and that positive atmosphere makes such a difference. The store itself is always spotless, and honestly, their bathroom is one of the cleanest public restrooms I’ve ever seen. That level of cleanliness says a lot about how well this location is run. And unlike some places, they definitely don’t skimp on toppings here. When you ask for extra, you actually GET extra! The sandwiches are always fresh, generous, and made with care. Huge compliments to the entire team — Wasaga Beach is lucky to have such a great Subway location!

  Complete disregard for food safety. The sandwich artist put my sub in the toaster, then took my payment and gave me change (cash) then touched all the vegetables with the same gloves. Didn't wash her hands. I complained to the owner and he offered a complimentary sub (lol) and claimed to retain his whole staff within 30 minutes on a weekday at 7pm (sure you did...). I used to eat here at least twice a week, subway is my favourite. I will never be back to this location after seeing how they handle my food right infront of me, I can only wonder how they handle good safety in the back of the store.. You can also tell the owner doesn't even read the reviews and just copy and paste the same response to everyone. If they respond to this, it's going to end with "we look forward to seeing you soon" meanwhile I've already said I will never be back.
