  The employees couldn’t make a sub. I wanted sauce inside, not on top. They were just making lines of sauce. They didn’t know how to spread it zigzagging. It was a waste of money.

  I placed and order on the app and had messed up the toppings and called them 3x after placing the order to let them know to avoid any issues. On the fourth call I they picked up and I said no tomato and to not heat it up. After arguing with me they ended up sending me a sandwich with tomato and I have a tomato allergy. So now I cannot eat my food. Instead of arguing, maybe fix your service!

  Last week when we where there, my husband wanted to order his usual "cold cut combo". The girl told us they didn't have cold cuts??!! Yes, you read that right, they didn't have 'cold cuts'. He struggled to figure out what he wanted, so then the girl says, she can go to the back and take them out of the box if we wanted to wait?? Yes, we'll wait. I think it took her about 30 - maybe 45 seconds to get the 'cold cuts' out of the box. That she just literally told us she didn't have any. Seriously!!! My sandwich was some roast beef thing and I had to tell her to please spread the meat out evenly, she had it piled in some areas of the bun, while about a 1/4 of the bun had absolutely nothing on it?? We went again, yesterday on our way to the beach and same thing with the meat, I couldn't be bothered. Last time! We will go to either Subway in Stayner or maybe try Mr Sub for a change. Done dealing with this Subway, the employees in their need an attitude adjustment or something.

  My experience with the young lady that served me was amazing! She smiled and greeted me while working on a man’s order. I noticed how much care she took in making his sub. While at the cash out, this man was waving his arms Im the air and although in couldn’t understand what he was saying, could tell he was clearly upset. My server was calm and it was apparent that she was trying to satisfy him. On the way out he continued to raise his voice at her . Her response was to smile and remains respectful while she promptly apologized to me and was very professional and calm following that incident. Very nice young lady:))
