  Employees were annoyed that I was there and didn’t want to work , given burnt loaf and I asked nicely for a different loaf and felt like I am not welcomed. Food was very sloppy made and just given biggest attitude and felt so disrespected I won’t go back to this location for a while

  the staff are nice, polite and the food is always on time and the staff are very polite and alway's happy help out customers. sincerely: william, french thank you subway for your time appreciate it service is good, and food is good too.

  1-Did not want my sub toasted, it was anyway. 2-This location doesn't offer the deals that are on their website, 3-counter person was extremely rude 4-counter person was snarky and had a poor attitude 5-when a customer asks if you have the logo deal you advertise on your website you don't tell them "do you see any signs on the wall?" 6-extra mayo on the top bun means exactly that, not on the open edge of the sandwich

  Terrible service everytime. I spend well over $1000 a year at subways, across Ontario. Never once have I come across a store that has so many options turned off, all the time. The one employee whose name starts with a K, he always makes an error on the sandwich. It’s quite obvious when ordering in person, that he has no initiative, nor a desire to even be there. The overall consistent experience with this store is horrible. This store appears to be tidy, but never feels like it’s actually clean, in comparison to other store. Also, the onions at this store are always sliced Way too thick for some reason. Always have to pick them off. Really wish wallaceburg had another store to support in place of this one.

  Ordered subs online today went there at time I wanted to pick them up.But they told me they have not started my subs.Then I was asked if I still wanted my subs.I had already paid for them in advance of course I still wanted them.So then I had to wait for her to make subs for everyone in line and even 5 people that showed up after me before my subs were started.So long story short I had to wait in story for 22 minutes to get my subs I had ordered ahead of time to avoid delay.i was then late to return for work.i will never order from therea
