  Terrible service! We asked for a small modification in the order and the guy from the kitchen started shouting " Ask the customer to go to Hell" in Hindi. They could have just said the modification wasn't feasible. I am unsure why such an unpleasant experience needed to have been created! Wouldn't come back to this location.

  I had a very disappointing experience at this Taco Bell location. When I arrived to place my order, I waited about 10 minutes for the cashier to take my order. The cashier was talking with a coworker, and even though I asked three or four times to place my order, I was ignored. I eventually ordered a Lunch Box and paid $18 in total. When I received my order, I noticed that the food I was given was not what I had ordered. When I asked about it, I was told that the item I ordered was unavailable, so they had substituted it with something else. However, nobody informed me about this beforehand or asked if I was okay with the substitution. I then noticed that the drink that was supposed to come with my Lunch Box was also missing. I had to ask about the drink myself, and only then was it given to me. On top of that, one of the tacos I received was completely broken and crushed, as shown in the attached photo. I paid $18 in total for this order, and I have attached the receipt and photos of the food. What I received was definitely not worth $18. I was very disappointed with the food quality, the unauthorized substitution, and the overall customer service at this location.

  If you have a mobile order, you need to tell them when you arrive because they apparently aren’t checking for them. That’s not normal for Taco Bells. I didn’t know to do this so it took 32 minutes from payment to receiving my food (Meximelt, Quesarito, Caramel Apple Empanada, and Baja Blast Midnight). They didn’t have Baja Blast Midnight (so much for the posters advertising it) but they gave me an extra empanada for the wait. This place needs a lot of help. There were many flies and the windows were greasy. The washroom stank and the floor was wet. Besides the insufficient cleaning, it needs repairs. Instead of A/C there was a portable air conditioner and a loud fan. It was hot inside. A lampshade was missing, and the cabinets were falling apart. Neither entrance has motorized door openers for wheelchair accessibility.

  The restroom is a terrible disaster; it is always super dirty, runs out of soap, and smells bad. The food is mediocre, though they always ask for more money if you want to substitute a chicken leg with a breast or vice versa. The tables are always dirty, and no one cares about hygiene.

  This place is complete trash. Save your money and don't spend it here. The staff have a terrible attitude and treat customers very disrespectfully. The service is terrible. If they don't like you they will mess with food portions. I ordered a taco supreme combo with supreme fries and steak cheesy burrito as well as a beef burrito supreme. These burritos contained almost zero meat and were mostly folded up tortilla. They charge almost 10 dollars for these burritos. They gave me no fork and no sauce was given. i paid over 30 dollars for this treatment. Any burrito place is better than this. I've been a taco bell fan since i was a little kid and what it has become is a disgrace. Corporate should be notified about this because its unacceptable. They are just ruining the business and ripping off customers while treating everyone as though they are doing us a favor by selling us food. These 8 dollar burritos are the size of snack wraps at McDonalds. What a joke. This is not the companies policy this is the franchise breaking the rules.
