Absolutely disgraceful customer service.
Your posted closing time is 8:00 PM. We arrived at 7:55 PM. The staff take orders from the customers in front of us, only to then refuse to serve us because they had decided they were "closed." If you close at 8:00 PM, then you serve customers until 8:00 PM. If your staff want to leave earlier, change your posted hours or find employees willing to do the job they were hired to do.
What made this even worse was the obvious attitude from staff member who was clearly more interested in getting out the door than serving paying customers. This is completely unacceptable anywhere, but especially in a hospital where patients, families, and visitors may have limited options for food and are often dealing with stressful situations.
This employee's conduct reflects poorly on the entire operation. I will be filing a formal complaint with Subway Canada regarding this incident. Customers deserve better than being turned away before closing time simply because staff decided they were done working.

server was very rude. assembled the sandwich without care. I pity anyone visiting the hospital who has no other option but this subway. avoid.
I am very disappointed with the customer service I received at this Subway location. Customers are paying for their food and deserve to be treated with respect and courtesy.
The staff members were unprofessional and did not provide friendly or helpful service. I believe Subway should provide better customer service training to its employees and emphasize the importance of treating customers with respect.

The ladie treat so rude and bad. She was so angry. She trough the ingredients on top of the bread like I am an animal. I will never come back. Better go to Tim Hortons next door.
