  Great experience at Subway! The food was fresh, tasty, and prepared exactly the way I wanted. The customer service was excellent—staff were friendly, polite, and quick with the order. I also love that it’s conveniently located close to home, making it an easy choice whenever I’m craving a quick and delicious meal. Highly recommended!

  Had a really great experience at this location of subway! The ambience was clean and welcoming, the veggies,bread and meat were fresh and good quality, and the service was pretty quick. Special shoutout to Siddhant for being so kind, professional, and always smiling. He made the whole experience even better. Really appreciate the great service!

  Had a really nice experience at Subway! The food was fresh and really good, but honestly, the service made it even better. The staff were super sweet, polite, and friendly, and they made everything feel so easy and comfortable. You can really tell when people genuinely care about their customers. Overall, had a great time and would definitely love to visit again! ❤️

  ⭐️ Very Disappointing Customer Service Today’s morning, I had a very unpleasant experience at this Subway location in Paperview Plaza. I ordered a 6-inch sandwich and was trying to explain that I wanted all the vegetables/sauces. Instead of simply clarifying my order, the employee repeatedly questioned me about what I meant and made me feel as though I was the problem. Her tone, facial expressions, gestures, and overall attitude were extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. I was one of the first customers there, yet the interaction became unnecessarily difficult and uncomfortable. Rather than making an effort to understand my order or politely ask for clarification, I felt like I was being treated with an attitude. Eventually, I decided to leave because I was so uncomfortable with the way I was being treated. Even then, the employee questioned why I was leaving instead of recognizing that her behaviour had made the situation unpleasant. Customers should not have to feel embarrassed, frustrated, or disrespected simply for placing an order. Good customer service means being patient, respectful, and professional, even when there is a misunderstanding. Very disappointing experience. I hope management addresses this because customers deserve much better treatment.

  It's a very bad experience as a coustomer and they surved me a overnight herb and cheese bead. It was stale and hard. The coustomer service representative representative was in a rush and it was not even busy. Containers are not dated. She changed the beans and corn container in front of me there was a overnight or more than a day leftover bean and corn left in the container she served that to me and put a full container of beans and corn inside the fridge. That was not looking fresh and it has a slimey texture. I bet they are not checking their temperature and maintaining the temp logs they simply copy and pasting to impress the quality inspection by frenchise and not dating their container or just changing the dates without changing any contents of the container. I will write it to the head office and requested a surprise inspection and also I will write to the city to check their food handlers certificate. Because this is not acceptable. Behaviour is subjective but quality of food and standards are the core of a frenchise.
