  Had a great experience at this location. It was clean, ( including the bathroom). The gentleman that helped me took his time, and was incredibly pleasant. Normally I wouldn’t take the time to review a sub shop, but honestly this location deserves it.

  I’ve been ordering through the mobile app from this Subway location for the past 1–2 years. Unfortunately, I have consistently noticed a concerning pattern. Whenever there is a promotional deal available on the app and I place an order at this location, the portion sizes are noticeably reduced. The sandwiches become unusually thin, and the veggie portions are minimal. It strongly feels like costs are being cut when offers are applied. Customers should receive the same quality and quantity regardless of promotions. I chose not to post a review earlier, but after experiencing the same issue again today, it’s truly disappointing. Additionally, on three separate pickup visits, the owner asked me to take drinks out of the refrigerator for him. I didn’t react out of respect, but that is not appropriate customer service. Helping staff with store tasks should not fall on customers. Very disappointing experience overall. I hope this location improves its consistency and professionalism.
