  We ordered three sandwiches from Subway around 1:30 AM on August 11. We waited for about 30 minutes, even though we were there in person, and unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. The bread was cold, and several ingredients were missing from our sandwiches. The employee was also working extremely slowly, which made the wait even longer. Unfortunately, this is not the first time we’ve had this kind of experience at this location. We understand that it can be busy, but waiting 30 minutes and receiving cold sandwiches with missing ingredients is not acceptable. Hopefully, the staff and service can be improved.

  We ordered subway for pickup and in the app it was showing ready and also when got to pickup then they told us like it will take 15 minutes more and when they started making it the associate who was making it was like new on training she dont know when to put sauce she started putting it first not on the veggies at last when we told her she was very rude with us very disappointing experiencing will never get their again

  This place is closed!!!!! No food no service and no atmosphere other than the outdoors. It’s in a plaza across from Canada’s Wonderland to make sure I have the correct location. Not 24 hr today nope it’s under construction and the windows are all covered.

  I went to this subway location after canada's wonderland yesterday and the toppings along with the tuna looked very old. However i still bought a 6 inch because i was starving the lettuce was brown and yellow so i told the worker to scrape away the top snd the tuna looked like it had been sitting out all day. regardless i bought it i ate it i felt super disgusting and threw up all morning. i do not recommend such a nasty place spend your money elsewhere.

  Subway needs to take cross-contamination more seriously. I ordered a sub, and normally the employee uses the designated green knife for the final cut. Instead, they used a blue knife that had been used for meat products. They offered to make me a new sandwich, but by that point I was already disgusted and decided to leave. I also noticed that after making a meat sandwich, employees moved to the vegetable station without changing their gloves. They handled the salad and other vegetable toppings with the same gloves used for meat. Please pay more attention to preventing cross-contamination, especially for vegetarian customers and those with dietary or religious restrictions. Simple practices like using the correct utensils and changing gloves between handling meat and vegetables can make a big difference.
