    Terrible experience, worst customer experience. The cashier (Pallvi, I believe she’s the manager?) yelled at me the whole time. I was shookt. Save your money and go somewhere else

    The staff member was very rude and unprofessional. I am very disappointed with the service I received. She was not welcoming and did not want to take my order. Instead, she insisted that I place my order using the self-service screen. This was a frustrating experience. She was an Indian girl wearing glasses; unfortunately, I do not know her name. I hope this issue is addressed so other customers are treated with respect and provided proper service.

    Absolutely terrible experience at this Subway ONroute location today between 10:45 AM – 11:15 AM. The service was unbelievably slow, unprofessional, and nowhere near what you would expect from Subway standards. First of all, the girl working there forced me to choose EVERY topping and sauce before the sandwich was even being made and told me I couldn’t make any changes after. Since when does Subway operate like that? Normally you choose toppings as they make the sub in front of you and pay at the end. That’s literally the standard Subway experience. The way she spoke to customers was rude, impatient, and disrespectful. She seriously needs proper training on how to communicate with customers professionally. On top of that, my sandwich barely even had many toppings, yet she somehow split the bun open while trying to close it — not once, not twice, but THREE separate times. Even after the third attempt, the sandwich was still destroyed, sloppy, falling apart, and covered everywhere in sauce. At that point I just took it because it was obvious it wasn’t going to get any better. The store manager seriously needs to review the security camera footage from today between 10:45 AM and 11:15 AM to see how untrained and painfully slow the service was. This definitely does NOT pass Subway’s standard of one sub per 60 seconds. Watching this sandwich get made felt like a complete disaster from start to finish. The photos speak for themselves. Easily one of the worst Subway experiences I’ve ever had. Save your money and stop somewhere else

    Worst Subway experience ever on May 12, 2026. Ordered a 6" Steak & Cheese sub. What I got reminded me of the old Wendy's commercial: "Where's the beef?" Hardly any meat at all. I have had this sub at other Subways, and know what this sandwich should have been. I didn't have time to complain at the time as I needed to hit the road again. To top it off, it is impossible to provide feedback on Subway's website chatbot that doesn't know about the onRoute location. Never ever again at this Subway location.
