  I had an amazing experience at Mucho Burrito, thanks to Isha! She was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive throughout my visit. Her positive attitude and excellent customer service made the whole experience enjoyable. She took the time to ensure my order was prepared perfectly and made me feel valued as a customer. It's rare to come across someone who genuinely cares about providing such great service. Nisha is a true asset to the team, and I'll definitely be coming back because of the outstanding service she provided. Thank you, Isha, for making my visit so pleasant!

  Rice wasn’t cooked through and crunchy on the inside. The steak was horrible, tough and questionable. Fresh toppings were good

  On the late afternoon of January 17, 2026, I stopped into the restaurant to grab a burrito. When I entered, there were no other customers in the store, and the employee was sitting on a step stool in the back. He got up right away and took my order. There were no peppers and onions available, and rather than asking if I still wanted them, he acted as though they were not an option. I ordered steak, but I am unsure what meat was actually used, as it seemed like leftover pieces from different meats. The rice was also left uncovered so it was crunchy. I understand that availability can be affected during busy periods, but given the weather and the lack of customers at the time, this experience was disappointing. I will be going to the Belleville location from now on and hope they maintain better quality.
