My boyfriend and I went to this place on June 16th. I ordered three soft tacos for myself, and four custom soft tacos for my boyfriend. He’s vegan but has no problem with modifying his tacos with what most taco bells should be able to provide. I had told and made sure with the cashier (Ravi) that his spicy potato soft tacos need to come without the sauce and cheese because he is vegan. I tried making sure about three to four times, but when we got home and opened his tacos, the staff had still put cheese in all four of his tacos. I’m not sure what it was, (negligence or something) but I did notice Ravi with an airpod in his ear talking to someone while taking my order.

I am very disappointed regarding unacceptable treatment I experienced at your location at Jane Finch Mall.
At approximately 11:30 PM, while the store was still operating and scheduled to close at 12:00 AM, I urgently needed to use the washroom. I made two polite requests to staff, both of which were refused. I was told the washroom had already been cleaned and would not be opened.
This response is completely unacceptable. Denying a customer access to a washroom—especially when the location is still open and the need is urgent—demonstrates a serious lack of basic customer service, professionalism, and human consideration.
This incident caused me significant distress and discomfort. Cleaning procedures cannot justify refusing access in such circumstances, and this reflects poorly on your brand standards.

Every employee here is so nice!! it’s just a taco bell in a strip mall but they’re so kind and helpful! Would recommend
