  I would like to share my experience at your store and request that this matter be reviewed. Recently, I visited your location and ordered the Meal of the Day, which was advertised at $7.99 and included a sandwich, drink, and cookie. I even showed the employee the coupon displaying this promotion. On Friday, the Meal of the Day was Tuna, so I pointed to the Tuna sandwich on the menu while placing my order. After the sandwich was prepared, I went to pay and was informed that the order had been entered as a Deal of the Day sandwich instead. I understand that the names of these promotions are similar, but throughout the interaction I repeatedly stated that I wanted the Meal of the Day. When I questioned the discrepancy, the employee insisted that I had ordered the Deal of the Day because I pointed at the Tuna sandwich on the wall. The employee appeared irritated and did not acknowledge any possibility of a misunderstanding on their side. What disappointed me most was not the extra amount charged, but the lack of customer service and accountability. I recognize that mistakes can happen. However, a simple apology or an effort to make the situation right would have gone a long way. Instead, I felt that the responsibility was placed entirely on me, even though I had shown the coupon and clearly requested the Meal of the Day promotion. There were several customers waiting behind me, so I did not want to create a scene and left the store. However, after reflecting on the experience, I felt it was important to bring it to your attention. I would appreciate it if you could review this incident and provide feedback regarding how similar situations will be handled in the future.
