  Honestly, I’m very disappointed. The new workers clearly need better customer service training. They were very rude and had an unfriendly attitude. I went into the restaurant today, and the young lady making my sub made it backwards. When I politely mentioned it, her attitude was not pleasant at all. My card was locked because I had forgotten to unlock it, so it declined on the first attempt. Instead of being understanding, she made a rude comment implying I had no money and even shook the tip cup in my face. It was embarrassing and very unprofessional. Overall, I’m extremely disappointed that people who treat customers this way are representing the restaurant. I hope management addresses these issues, as customer service should be respectful and welcoming.

  Food was good and fresh and not too pricey I used a coupon to get 2nd sandwich for $1.99.

  I went to this Subway location this evening to order 6 subs and the store was really busy and rushed. The boy working there handled everything so fast and professionally. Even with so many orders, he made all the subs perfectly. He was also very polite and respectful the whole time. Customer service was honestly 5/5. Really appreciated the great service, and I would definitely visit this location again.
