  This subway is absolutely horrendous. I live down the street and do shift work so sometimes I do not have time to cook. This is the closest subway to me so I have decided to go once and a while for a quick, easy and relatively healthy dinner. I always check hours online before going anywhere after 9pm (even fast food) when it isn't in a very popular location such as Yonge street. Numerous times I have gone, the open sign is lit but the doors are locked. I have seen an employee inside. I have been let in and told that they are closed. Then when mentioning the hours listed (on their front door), they then sigh loudly and offer to make me a sub. At which point, id prefer they don't. They've told me they lock the doors so drunk people don't use their washrooms. This is Jarvis and Bloor. There is one pub around the corner and a Starbucks next door. Both fully equipped and open later with washrooms. I gave this one last try to once again an open sign lit up 25 minutes before close for a sub and the door was locked. The lady let me in with much aggravation. Once I left with my sub, her boyfriend was waiting outside for me to leave to be let in. I know this because I went back to take a photo of the local franchisees name and phone number that was on the door. I will be walking an extra ten minutes to another subway to get a sub from now on.
