  The subway location at STC didn’t meet my . Expectations . The guy working at the counter didn’t pay attention to one of my orders on a footlong sandwich . I noticed that That food trays were empty and not cleaned properly. Also the counter where they prepared the food wasn’t wiped properly, it had food all over it . This very unsanitary. It’s was like watching Tv show , “ Bar rescue or Kitchen night mare “ health inspector needs to Check this place for cleanness and sanitation practices. Praying , my husband and I don’t get food poisoning. The quality of the food wasn’t freash . Please shut this place down or hire better management .

  I visited Subway on July 31, 2026, around 8:30 PM and ordered two Footlong Veggie Patty subs. Unfortunately, I was very disappointed with the quality of my order. The bread was very hard, and it was not cut properly, making the sandwich fall apart. The vegetables and sauce were spilling everywhere, and it looked like the sandwich had been put together without any care. As shown in the photo, it was extremely messy and difficult to eat. I expect better quality and preparation from Subway. I hope the staff receive better training and pay more attention to customer orders in the future.

  Very disappointing experience at this Subway location. I was told I had to pay an extra $2 for crispy onions, even though I have never been charged for them at other Subway locations. I agreed to pay, but when I checked my receipt, the $2 charge was listed as “Cafe Bakery” instead of crispy onions. I questioned the employee, and he told me this is how the manager or owner instructs them to charge customers. If customers are charged for an item, the receipt should accurately describe what they purchased. Listing a different product on the receipt is misleading and raises concerns about billing transparency. I have reported this matter to Subway Guest Care and hope they investigate this location’s billing practices. I would not recommend this location until this issue is addressed.
