  I really don’t like leaving negative reviews, but I feel this experience is worth bringing to the attention of both management and other customers. Unfortunately, this isn’t the first time I’ve noticed a decline in quality at Subway. Over the past few years, I’ve found that many locations have become increasingly inconsistent, particularly when it comes to portion sizes and making orders correctly. At this point, I’m seriously questioning whether I’ll continue going to Subway. I placed an order this afternoon for two footlong sandwiches for pickup. I was honestly shocked by how light they felt. Both sandwiches were missing two of the ingredients I ordered. Also, two ingredients should have had „extra“ (as I’ve noticed the trend of continuous sandwich shrinkage) and one them were missing altogether. As you can see from the photos, there is also very little lettuce, and there are several inches of bread with virtually no filling. The sandwiches were unusually hollow and sparse. In the past, Subway sandwiches were packed enough that keeping the ingredients inside the bread could actually be a challenge. They were filling and felt like a reasonable value. This was very different. I still felt hungry after a footlong. I understand that portion sizes can vary somewhat, and I certainly don’t expect employees to pile ingredients onto a sandwich. But there is a significant difference between a reasonable portion and receiving substantially less than what was ordered—especially when ingredients are missing entirely. I hope management takes this seriously. Whether this is an issue with individual employees, store management, training, or simply trying to reduce food costs, the long-term result is the same: customers notice. If people consistently feel they are paying full price for less and less food, eventually they will simply stop coming. I’m not posting this because I want to attack anyone. I’m posting it because I actually remember when Subway sandwiches were much more consistent and filling, and I would rather see the company address the problem than continue leaving customers feeling short changed. Some people work a whole hour just to pay for their lunch or dinner there. Unfortunately, after this experience, I think I may have reached my limit with Subway.

  I ordered CHICKEN ONION TERIYAKI BOWL. In fact, I don't have any rice. The service is disgusting. They don't care about you at all. They'll do it all with dirty hands, touching your phone. Secondly, I asked for a bowl, which was supposed to have rice and salad with meat. She only put the salad without the rice and called it a salad.
