  Subway is a great restaurant, but at this location, two workers there seemed to have a lack of effort from the beginning of taking the order to not even finishing when payment is done. They seem rushed or preoccupied with other duties and barely spoke to the customers. did not like the service at all.

  Had one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever encountered at a Subway location. I ordered three footlong subs online because that's the only way to apply a coupon code. My payment was processed and my credit card was charged. When I arrived at the store, I was met by an employee named Kamal, whose attitude was shockingly dismissive and unprofessional. After showing her both my order confirmation and the charge on my credit card, I was told that it was "not her business" and "not her problem." Rather than making any effort to investigate the issue, offer assistance, or show even basic courtesy, I was treated as though I was inconveniencing her by asking for help with an order that had already been paid for. Customer service appears to be completely absent at this location. I’ve wasted time and money and gone home hungry. Now I have to spend more money on the phone with Subway trying to get a refund. Completely unacceptable. I refuse to come back to this location ever again.

  I grew up eating subway and always enjoy it until coming to this location staff named tanthra was extremely rude to customers and even argued back and forth for me, simply because I asked her to help out on the front due to long line up and her only catering to to go order. I spend my entire lunch break here waiting for food

  • One of the cleanest and best-maintained Subway locations I’ve visited. The dining area, counters, and even the restrooms were spotless and clearly cared for. • A special thank you to Kamal for the amazing service. She was extremely patient, kind, and professional with every customer. • Even while handling many customers at once, Kamal managed everything single-handedly without compromising on quality or attitude. Very impressive work ethic. • My husband had the chicken sub and I had the veggie patty — both were made perfectly and tasted fresh and delicious. • This has become one of my favorite Subway locations because of the cleanliness, organization, and especially the excellent customer service from Kamal. Highly recommended.
