  I live in this area for the past 3 years. I have been ordering from this location. Ever since they introduced the kiosk, my experience has been terrible. I never had to been ask to order from a kiosk only. I asked the person how many orders are there. He said 1 order in front of me. Even this, he said that he prefers that I order from the kiosk. I never liked there isn’t an option to order from the front. I came another time and waited 20mins for me to be told that they couldn’t take an order from the front but by only the kiosk.

  Great for a subway, but it's a subway. Open 24 hours, super convenient location, mobile kiosk UI kind of sucks so better to order in person for more customizability. 50% off sandwiches for first responders is kind of litty.

  I’m used to the staff being respectful to vegetarians and saw the staff touching chicken and then, with the same hand, without changing gloves stirring the lettuce. Spoke to the supervisor and she said ‘this is how it’s done here’. What hope is there for staff with this attitude? I left and will never return. Gross!

  A homeless man came in and stole 2 bags of chips. The fearless employees called the cops who tracked the villainous gentleman down and recovered the 4 bags of chips which were promptly thrown in the trash. Then everyone clapped. Then they told me I hadn’t ordered a sub so I had to reorder it after one hour. Sub was mid.

  Very disappointing experience at Subway on 127 Bremner Blvd. I ordered 3 salad bowls, but the portions were much smaller than what is normally served. The quantity of vegetables and toppings was not enough, especially considering the price paid. Consistency is important, and customers expect the same portion size every visit. I left feeling that the value for money was poor. I hope management addresses this issue and ensures staff follow standard serving portions in the future.
