  This was my first time visiting Subway, and I had a wonderful experience. Mr. DJ provided outstanding customer service and was incredibly friendly, professional, and attentive. He made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived and ensured everything was perfect. The service was excellent, and his positive attitude truly stood out. Thank you, DJ, for making my first Subway visit such a great one. I will definitely be coming back!

  I had a great experience at Subway thanks to DJ. He was friendly, professional, and provided excellent customer service. He prepared my order carefully, kept a positive attitude, and made sure everything was exactly how I wanted it. The restaurant was clean, and the service was quick and efficient. Employees like DJ make customers want to come back. Keep up the great work!

  I ended up at this location for a late night bite to eat. I was greeted immediately by a very pleasant voice welcoming me in to the store at about 9:45 pm. I ordered two 12 inch Cold Cut Combo subs. The food here is always fresh and delicious. This time I had an amazing experience. The gentleman behind the counter was so polite and asked what my name was so he could make it a personal experience. He was very welcoming and introduced himself. I loved the fact that Raj did not care what time it was and that the customers experience came first. He was also very informative regarding the hours and that they are now open 24 hours. Raj is amazing. He really has a passion for customer service and making sure the customer leaves happy. Thank you Raj :) I will be back 10 Stars**********

  Rude staff: lady in front making sandwiches I had a very disappointing experience last night and today at this location and will not be returning. My order was not prepared properly — there was very little lettuce in both sandwiches (footlong and 6-inch), and the bread did not seem fresh. I also did not receive a receipt in my bag. The meat also was barely there. When I called the store today to ask about my order issues, I was spoken to in a very dismissive and rude manner, the lady hung up on me, and the call was ended while I was still speaking. I found this interaction unprofessional and upsetting. She said “I have a customer” and hung up while I was speaking- I’m a customer too. I would have considered returning or allowing the issue to be resolved if the matter had been handled properly, but the way I was treated on the phone made that impossible. I asked for to speak to owner she said maybe he will call you? Really? Overall, the customer service and food quality were not up to standard. I hope management reviews staff training and quality control to improve future customer experiences.
