  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5 Stars ESI and AMIR were AMAZING! Their customer service was outstanding from the moment I walked in. They were friendly, welcoming, professional, and created such a great atmosphere. The service was fast, efficient, and they made the whole experience enjoyable. It’s not every day you come across employees who genuinely make customers feel appreciated, but Esi and Amir absolutely did. Great service, great energy, and great vibes all around!   We've known the owners of this location since they worked as employees at another Subway, and they have provided excellent customer service from day one. It's great to see them open their own restaurant! This is a fantastic new spot in the downtown core for your go-to sandwich. 🥪 Enjoy the fresh new vibes! R & M

  This was my second time visiting this Subway location, and unfortunately it was another disappointing experience. The staff were extremely rude and unprofessional throughout my visit. They seemed uninterested in helping customers and did not prepare my order properly. What bothered me most was that I felt I was treated differently compared to other customers, which left me feeling uncomfortable and unwelcome. Whether intentional or not, the experience came across as discriminatory and disrespectful. Customer service should be basic at any restaurant, but this location failed to meet even that standard. I gave this place a second chance, but after two negative experiences, I won’t be returning.
