  hopefully i am writing this to bloor and yonge food court subway, i ordered in the front counter .. a veggie delite.. on 13th sept around 4:45-4:50… firstly the lady working had airpods the whole time .. i had to wait for almost 10 mins just that she can come from behind to the front counter to take my order.. secondly even while placing the order i had to repeat myself for 3 times as she wasn’t listening and was talking on video call continuously.. that’s basic customer service.. after i paid the amount then after she says that they don’t have any other bread then brown.. i mean this all should be told to the customer before hand… while making order she was just talking and talking on the call.. right now too while i am sitting 2 customers went back because she is not there in front.. one of them literally rang the calling bell 4 times and she guess what.. she isn’t here .. even the veggies and cookies looked stale.. i am sure you guys don’t want to serve this kind of customer services

  I had an excellent experience at Subway! The service was outstanding—everyone was friendly, welcoming, and made my sandwich exactly the way I wanted it. The sandwich was fresh, delicious, and full of flavor. You can really tell they care about quality and customer satisfaction. I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend this location to anyone looking for great service and a tasty sandwich!

  That was a pleasant experience over the counter. The food was good and the lady Ms Moni prepared with care. Happy to recommend.
